The Kentucky Harness Horsemen's Association was formed and incorporated in 1973. The mission of the K.H.H.A. is to provide representation for horsemen who race in Kentucky. That representation began at the race track levels and today extends to legislative issues in Kentucky, as well as insurance issues on a national level.
